This project consisted of the development of 9 units, positioning residential apartments above a ground floor of commercial space, designed to co-exist with ease. Each apartment is constructed with high-quality workmanship from the wall to the floor. Located in the cultural hotspot of East London, this Mare Street development is positioned in close proximity to the offices of up-and-coming businesses, a well-respected art scene, and reputable gastronomy.
